About Body and Spirit in Motion
Our community gathers to grow strong in body, mind, and spirit through the truth of God’s Word. Centered on the belief that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19–20), we explore the Five Pillars of Health—stress, rest, nutrition, movement, and hydration—through the teachings of Jesus. Each meeting includes a 30-minute workout (open to all fitness levels), followed by a group discussion on the pillar of the week, and concludes with goal setting. Together, we encourage one another to “run with perseverance the race marked out for us” (Hebrews 12:1), honoring God with our whole selves and living in the fullness of His calling.
